"Sea Of Change" was written in a difficult period for Ana. While still recovering from breast cancer, her relationship ended and one of her cancer friends announced that she had only a few weeks to live. It was confronting. The song is an anthem coming from a deep reflection on life, the human journey and on not surrendering to fear and sadness. The tone of the song is joyful and sad at the same time. There is gratitude for being alive and wanting to see the light and sadness related to loss.
The track is recorded and produced by Ana at her home studio. The song was optimized, mixed and mastered together with Rogier Grosman from musicproduction.nl.
An animated video was released at the same time with the song. ANA ROXANA performed recently at the GLUREN bij de BUREN festival in Arnhem on the 2nd of July.
Ana produces her music independently at home and she has been learning music production skills by herself. In the last three years she composed an impressive number of songs plus other many ideas waiting to be further developed. Currently she is working on two albums.
